Our resident owl, "Ya Hootie", is telling us that we should begin provisioning the boat while wrapping up the final projects.

Lots of dried and canned goods jumped into carrying bags for their journey to Gracie.    Many  dried bean varieties for soups and humus for the next few months.

Lots of different pastas plus quantities of  yeast and whole wheat and white flour for baking
homemade real bread.  Some honey to get us by until we get to La Belle, Florida on the Okachobee Waterway to purchase directly from the local bee keepers.

And of course the stash of the necessary commodities.

Couldn't forget what every home, even a traveling home needs . . .

Real growing, green useful plants  Some aloe for skin ravished by nature.  Fresh basil for tasty meals and peppermint for teas and garnish.

Now that the provisioning is well underway, the other end of the food cycle must be in good operating order. So, the head has undergone a rejuvenation and is working great!

A bit of relaxation before finishing a couple of important sewing projects that are
necessary for the boat.

        . . . Till next time . . .
